  • I always add Himalayan or kosher salt to all my meat. Table salt is totally different and should be banned. Great video to spread the message.

  • @TrueGreatness73 Totally agree on the Himalayan, be careful with kosher salt. It's closer to table salt than it is to Himalayan.

  • Unprocessed salt contains alkalizing minerals and will raise ph in the body. Processed white table salt has been stripped of essential minerals, and often has added aluminum (poison) -- both of these (deletions and additions) mean processed salt causes the body to become acidic. An acidic body is related to a large range of health problems. I personally love celtic salt. I add it to ALL fruit juice and raw fruits (helping to normalize the potassium intake).
