This is some initial testing of my 8' Lazy Bee without the wing. Checking for ground handling, ignition interference, etc and looking good at this point. The engine is a Troybilt 29 cc four stroke engine (borrowed) from a new machine.
The starter is made from left over weed wacker parts.
I had the engine and decided on the plane size to match the engine.
I used the pdf plans found on the internet and scaled them up. I also widened the fuselage a bit.
Two flights - two crashes. Rebuilt and ready to go again. Hope to try again this weekend. Hope to be posting more videos.
