Hi, My daughters waist is 21 1/2 inches. I am having a hard time with the ribbon. How much ribbon and where do I tie the knots at? Thanks.

@goofythree You tie the ribbon on either side of the 21 1/2" leaving 20" on each end to make the bow when done.

Wow! Now I see how easy it was to make a tutu. But I have one question. If I want to make it stretchy, what do I need to find to do that? Because I want to make sure it's not tight for my neice.

@sw33taznwife86 You can use elastic and cut it to her waist measurement and sew it in a circle and add the tulle to that. If you want a bow you can tie a ribbon after you are done.
