There is no way this can be on the most difficult setting. At 4:15 when you crawl/walk up to and stun the first PMC, the other one you CQC hears you. I've just tried this literally 15 times, not once did it work.

at 6:40 you can wear the militia disguise and walk freely

Only the loading/installing screens and the results page don't count I think.

I looked around at a few walkthroughs for some advice.

@Usul573 Yeah of course, I save VERY frequently in case I get spotted.

I'm still not sure if pausing the game paused the timer, cutscenes etc... but I've gotten through in time and on TBE, so can't be doing it too wrong.
