Ferdinand and Imeda years are the best years the Philippines experienced. There was peace and order. There was individual discipline. Ninoy Aquino started the unruly attitude of the rebels and he polluted the minds of the students with his poisonous tongue...so there was chaos, students wasted their school hours to join rallies. So Marcos had to declare Martial Law.

You freakin marcos fans are crazy ignorant! Majority of Filipinos were miserable during their reign. They did more DAMAGE than good! Something is terribly wrong with you guys if you think that it is okay to be corrupt - or that it's okay to abuse power. Also, most of the commendable things about Imelda is superficial in nature. Other than the superficial stuff, the good that she supposedly brought upon the Phils are mostly based from opinions

@gotdisconnected hey stupid creature, ferdinand marcos was already super wealthy even before he became a senator. what happen to the philippines after he was overthrown? the philippines should've been a newly industrialized country during the 90s. where do you think marcos acquire his massive gold bullions?
