I searched in the Elder Schrolls Wiki. You actually haven't killed this guy, it seems that the console has two "versions" of this character: one for your first encounter in the beginning of the game (this video) and another one for the Dark Brotherhood quest line. Sorry, pal, you haven't erased anything XD.
