  • I love to listen to your covers. Concrete work. You play with soul, emotions. I wish I'll someday could play like You. Every little detail... It is pleasure to watch you playing.

  • @martini449

    Thanks for your kind words!

  • does anyone know why it's called the "dry: solo ?

    Thanks!

  • @macdaddylorenzo

I call it that because the other solos on Dogs are drenched with rotary sounds and delays while this solo is recorded with just a distortion, making it dry compared to the others.

  • @BjornRiis Oh, cool, thanks!

What do you mean by rotary sounds on the other solos, does that mean like analogue chorus, maybe flanger and stuff like that? Thanks!

  • @macdaddylorenzo

It's recorded with a Yamaha RA200 rotating speaker cabinet in split with the Hiwatts. Most of Dvaid's stuff was recorded like that in the 70s. Check out the album gear guides on my site Gilmourish(.)com for all the details on each album.

  • What a soulful playing Bjorn!! And love your Tele too. It's a great bland. I just got Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster Custom in 3-Tone Sunburst and it's so beautiful and sounds and feels like a million bucks!! It looks close to David's 59' Custom Tele that's shown on your website. Anyone looking for great guitar in that style and can't spend too much got to give it shot.

I picked it in the store and it was next to expensive line and it looks just like that!!

    Anyway, you are inspiration Bjorn!!

  • @BjornRiis That's awesome! Thanks so much!

  • @Taldegardo92

Thanks! I always keep the booster after the high gain pedals. Seems to work better than way but what ever works for your setup...

  • awesome sound, really! but... did you usually set the BD-2 after the distortion? What if you put it before?...

    Bye, keep rockin'
