@FullmetaljacketJ Uhm, I dont know but is there somewhere said he is bodybuilder? I didn't see, but if so then ur right he cant gain mass doing all these sprints n sht but i think he just wants to be athleticthat's why these variety of exercises. and lots of sprints and plyometrics.

@jferguson6008 grab the video off youtube, then extract the adio using 'mpeg streamclip' or on windows 'the kmplayer' will also do that for you.
Vids like these just make me want to hit the weights for 3 hours and do sprints for another 3...This just put everything into perspective for me...if you want it, you got to reach exhaustion...Who's with me?
