No, this glitch happened because Durial321 was in the boxing ring in a POH where you could hit other players...when the owner of the house kicked everyone out. Now because Durial321 was in the boxing ring when he got kicked out of the house, when he got back to Falador he realised he could still attack people without them attacking back. It was a major glitch with the release of construction.
JaGeX simply disconnected him to stop the glitch...them obviously banned him.

I dont really like that jagex ban us because ive been banned 3 times with 2 accs and i cant recover em so ill make a revelion to jagex on sunday in may 2009 at 2:00pm Pd:im notn memer

Most of you are wrong. A long time ago in runescape you could attack Anybody anywhere, if u enabled pk mode. Jagex removed this for obivous reasons. At the house party durial got kicked and there a glitch in the system, thats all. His pk was turned on and he could attack people, its got nothing to do with boxing rings or anything :)

I used to believe him. So i interviewed him, then i found out he's fake. Watching his offense/appeal video. It's clearly fake. So i made a vid to prove he's fake. And you'll have to watch the other vid to understand.
