Dr. Nancy Wolff discusses the problems that lead people to being imprisoned, and what we can do to provide them with the skills to make it on the outside.
Dr. Wolff, an economist, is a professor in the EJ Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and the director of the Program in Public Policy. Over the past ten years, her research has increasingly focused on the interactions between the mental health and criminal justice systems, and the public policies that influence those interactions. Her most recent research explores violence inside prison and community reentry with emphasis on the impact of community setting and social and policy dynamics on successful community integration.
Dr wolff , I was recently released from a five year prison sentence, with addiction at the core of my criminal lifestyle. If there is any way of being helpful to you or your research, please dont hesitate to contact me... sincerly, Frank Lisi
