  • Fast compresion & hard Rebound ??/ sounds like a good way to go over the bars LMAO all that dose is make the bike pogo over every bump, any decent rider with there hand off there old feller knows slower rebound is more grippy & use just enough compresion so you dont botom out

  • yeah,set em in the middle...but i prefer faster rebound and middle compresure...

  • i have marzocchi 04 dj 2's how do i adjust those lol i wouldn't wanna bottom out i weigh 280 that would suck i have manitou 3 way spv i didn't adjust it yet just got the bike set it up know i gotta torque my nuts anyways i have an issuse with my chain rubbing on bottom of front derailleur was gonna lower it i dunno is this normal i ride a 2004 big hit comp silver for the bling factor ha ha

  • ummmm ummmm ummm umm yes lets set the rebound very slow .... then we can pack our forks down and not get any travel since it doesnt expand back out. and while im at i think ill set the compression rate very high too taht should help pack em down. FT. william here i come

  • @sk8skiboard3 You'd buy a Marzocchi :-p there should be an equivalent dial on your fork.

  • Surely it should be a 'hare' for fast, and a 'tortoise' for slow, as in the kids books?
