@Shokinowa you get it from riley rangers after the quest; it's an option from the armor or the minigun (eugene). my opinion, pick the armor then kill them all then you get there little base and you get all there armor and ammo.

By nuked,I expected him to do the "The Power of the Atom" quest.Even tough I know that he completed the game.
