Title says it all, He was spray painting graffiti on the walls of a Mexico Subway that said something about "The Government is Evil" or somethin along that line. And the cop came blah blah blah and thats where the video comes in.
What do you think of his actions? Fighting for whats right for the people or just a plain moron?? Or perhaps even both??
