MAXX-Link is a chrome-finished universal amplifier bridging and synchronization module that permits interconnectivity, or linking, up to five amplifier pairs into a "master and slave" configuration. It is ideal for linking a pair of amps together to create one enormous subwoofer amplifier output channel. A remote-mounted level control provides amp clipping indicators in addition to being a master gain device for the whole array of amplifiers.

MAXX-Link's ability to synchronize multiple mono-block car audio amplifiers into a larger output, single-channel amp array opens up a new field of car audio system creativity for the enthusiast

- Allows interconnectivity / linking mobile amplifiers into a "master and slave" configuration
- Link up to five (5) amplifier pairs
- Remote level control with LED clipping indicator
- Master / Slave control switch
- 24dB adjustable low-pass (35Hz to 250Hz)
- Built-in 65Hz set-up test tone
- 24dB adjustable subsonic filter (15Hz to 35 Hz)
- 10dB adjustable parametric bass EQ
- Variable wide / narrow bandwidth control
- Built-in line driver variable from 1-9 volts
- 0 to 180 adjustable phase control
- 2-channel RCA audio pass-thru

  • So will this work on two Crunch Gp2500D?

  • @DJuan300 Absolutely! You could use it to link them at 2 Ohms or provide signal to each amp and control both from the Maxxlink.

  • I was going to use this for controlling two amps that aren't linked. From what video said is that I could set everything on the unit and not touch the amps or would I have the set the crossover all the way to the right for this.

  • @LooseCannon48 If your amplifiers have a Master/Slave switch then you can switch them to "Slave" which bypasses all adjustments and allows for the Maxxlink to control everything. If they do not feature the Master'Slave switch then you will have to match the amps and adjust everything at the amps prior to relying on the Maxxlink.

  • @imhungnurnot Correct.

  • @MaxxsonicsUSAInc

So If you are using two MM1400.1D's in the slave/master configuration, the final output will be 2800 rms @ 2 ohms?

  • @lilbrudda30 Yes, 2 Ohms is the lowest safe impedance that can be presented to a linked pair of 1 Ohm stable amps.

  • So if i set up two one ohm stable amps to the maxx link, what will be the lowest ohm load i could run when set up with the slave/master configuration? 2 ohms?

  • The pair of linked DSC1500.1D's will produce 1500w @ 4 Ohms. This presents 2 Ohms to each amplifier.

  • so at four ohms with 2 1500s linked together about how much power will i be looking at because i have two dual 4ohm subs
