don't be so ignorant!
Some blind people prefer to wear them, usually because they don't want people to see their eyes, primarily to stop people JUDGING them over their appearance.
But sadly.. your just not compassionate enough to ever understand.

Blind people don't see black or white. They don't see anything, especially if her eyes are not connected to her brain as she says.

dude, what's your problem? She's blind. It's not like she has a choice. she has to do more work to survive in society than we do. Or at least she has to do different things. SHe won't get the pleasure of driving, she probably gets lost a lot, I mean can you imagine what it would be like, losing your way and having to 'find' a stranger to ask for directions.
I applaud her for giving us all this information. It's at least one way she can connect to the world.

2 take the easy way. cash those checks & sail through this concrete jungle freakshow without ever getting a scratch. just listen to music, talk to people, pursue the pleasures (drugs, sex, food, etc.) and wear the most comfortable clothes. no shoes, just slippers. no denim, just fleece. have them drive you around, escort you, help you. it's so freaking beautiful. don't dirty your hands w/any unpleasantness. for you, this life is a party. live, baby. i want to be you.

1 oh freak, dude, you won the lottery. you can't miss what you never had, so you're none the worse off for being blind. the world you've heard described is just a story, an idea, a dream they're having, an illusion. the beauty part is that your blindness is the golden ticket out; you're absolved from the responsibilities of life. you don't have to work, to struggle. you don't have to deal w/any bullshit at all if you choose not to.
