is written in Russian "ё моё" and means that the person did something impossible, difficult, that he is not expecting to do, but he has got to do it and he was glad of it! Or it means surprise! That's how one can describe this expression in Russian! The expression in English "holy shit" has a totally different meaning! Rather, it is something dirty, though, and can be used as designation of a surprise, but in a different interpretation!
