its mainly the valvetrain not being warmed up and you do have to match oil viscositys to quiet it down but just let it warm up before driving it because of the aluminum and it should be fine.
Sounds like your oil filter is letting the oil draining out of the valve lifters when shut off. Get a high quality oil filter with an anti drain back valve that works.
Sounds like piston slap to me. I have a 2005 GTO, and it very rarely makes any noise. It has to be extremely cold outside for mine to slap any. My 2000 Silverado was terrible about it in the winter time though. I found running Castrol 0W-30 in the cold months was much thinner, and made the noise go away. Id try running a thinner oil. It will help some. Either way, its nothing to worry about.
near the end of the video i can hear some valve train/ lifter noise... Mine does that too (ls2 06gto)...and my vortec 6000 truck does it too (6 litre lq4)
Am I the only one who didn't hear anything?

Sounds Strange but this is what i did for my 01 tahoe and it helped. run 93 octane gas.
