They've (presumably a different alien source) observed our flashing lights on our flying crafts and are using them to try and fit in. Check "Lake Horn UFO" and orionifo and my videos for evidence of it. Bright 'orbs' that change into plane/heli appearing crafts and fly away, resulting in those watching to immediately think their ours and the freedom to travel amongst us at slower speeds without being bothered. Smart enough to travel here, smart enough to fake us out... think about it.

They do that... move in and out of focus--even with the naked eye, so it's understandable that camcorders get confused. ever2020 channel has lots of daytime sightings in Bronx NY that do the same.... check hers out--you'll be able to relate.
