I havent done anything. I hadnt uploaded a video for over a month (due to the aforementioned reason), but when I clicked the upload button today, there was a message saying "Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes."

I assume it is due to either the number of views the channel/videos have recieved or the number of subscribers to the channel. But I dont know to be honest.
