@naturalstrength1 Chinese ones tend to be hard tempered and they are made from some sort of metal powder or some wierd alloy, especially the cheap ones. They bend, but usually they break with a very little bend and snap in half.Takes very hard force though to break them yeah.Older wrenches tend to bend easily, because they are made from a softer steel, which have not been tempered so much.Very fun to bend some screwdrivers also among with wrenches.

so what kind of training is involved with bending wrenches?? Serious question.
-
what exercises do you do to do this bro??plz respond im dying to start training

@naturalstrength1 Thanks for the advice I will keep that in mind as I progress in braced bending. I noticed some of your more recent posts in saying that you are trying to get back in the routine of grip training and unbraced bending. What have you been doing? Braced stuff, odd object bends, or horseshoes? I guess once you certify on the IM Nail in IM wraps there is not a lot left to accomplish in the bending game huh? Horseshoes are fun but pretty hard for me right now.

great job. I'm working on this bend right now. Is it true that the isometrics will soon allow me to bend like this? Dennis Rogers recommends doing the isometrics to train for this. Is this what you did?

Dude! How do you train to do this stuff?

The "hip crush" seems like your "cheating", but I can guarantee you that very few people can bend a wrench this way, let alone kink it over the thigh. But just to keep your mind at ease, I can bend these wrenches unbraced with just my hands!
Awesome bend! After 7 months of bending I am going to attempt my first braced crescent wrench bend. I have progressed really well in unbraced bending but have only done a few braced bends and find them much harder to finish as I have not trained for them. I am hoping to bend the 8" companion adjustable wrench during my attempt this weekend. They seem to always bend really off center but at least I know they bend and don't break.....

@RichardBean1 The companion wrenches are great fun to bend. Some of the "made in China" wrenches have been the most difficult to bend, and some won't even budge. The "Pittsburgh" brand wrenches they sell at Harbour frieght are extremely difficult to bend.
