How to Restore your Jailbreak iPod Touch

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL ERASE YOUR iPOD/iPHONE. (it puts it back to factory settings)

Your manual will tell you this and when you restore via iTunes; it also tells you this.

We have had a lot of requests on how to restore your iTouch. Here is it official JailbreakiTouch.com video on how. One thing I forgot to add - make sure that you are plugged into your computer and have iTunes running.

I had jailbroken my iPod Touch 4g (IOS 5.0.1) and decided I didn't want it anymore, so I tried to restore it from the ipod itself, but it didn't work. Plugged it in with iTunes open, held both buttons, and got it to restore. Thank you. :D
