can you use the addperk command to give yourself a perk you dont have the prereqs for? Like just giving yourself Intimidation without the other speech perks?

@Taylorsmada You get the points back when you add them to new ones, it doesn't show. If you add random points to perks without removing used perk points, your game will be fucked.

@Ivanus59 Then you need to state what type of keyboard you have. Because Shift+2 give " and Alt+Control+2 gives @ for most people.
