I have seen several comments asking how to get Windows Live Mail into Outlook 2007, you can also do this in 2003 (and probably earlier versions)

Options ---> Enable Autopan

You can change the speed, mine is set to 100

Yes I did it

So clicked on an email and try too set it up from there but that didnt help because it had no Tools option so I opened Microsoft from the menu and that worked a like magc
