NASA recently released updated temp data showing that 1934 was the warmest year in the last century and that no year has exceeded that maximum since. In fact 2007 and then 2008 were the coldest years in the last century....Global Warming? Gullible sucks, Gore was worth 1m following his failed presidential campaign now he is valued at over 200m...how can this be? He owns a carbon trading company...gee ya think??

Exactly. He's found a perfect liberal money maker; a concept, not a thing or a widget or a practical invention, but a concept that has broad appeal with people who don't think things through but who support political correct idiocy that threatens our economy and way of life. And he's so rich, he'll have a hard time switching to the green lifestyle

1. Most scientists do not believe human activities threaten to disrupt the Earths climate. More than 17,000 scientists have signed a petition circulated by the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine saying, in part, there is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earths atmosphere and disruption of the Earths climate

Well, is Gore actually preaching that individuals should intensely regulate their lives to ensure that their "carbon footprint" is minimal? Or is he campaigning for changes in government policy. If the former, he is a hypocrite; if the latter, he is not.

Its a bit of both. He promotes legislation to force expensive "green" policies onto the general populous, while at the same time promoting the idea that if YOU drive you cars and have your ac's and fly planes, etc. then YOU are killing the planet. At the same time, his home uses 14x the national average in electricity and he drives around is largescale motorcades...

But, he buys carbon credits, so... And just because he owns that carbon credit company doesnt mean he isnt honest, haha.

The message doesn't matter if the messenger can't see fit to follow his own message.

Alan Colmes is a smart guy and usually has good intellectual counterpoints, but I think what this Ed Frank did at the Gore rally really pissed him off!!!

Colmes simply plays word games and uses end around tactics to belittle legitimate complaints, like most liberal media types.

The point of AFPs story wasnt that global warming is bunk, they were stating that Al Gore is a hypocrite while showing proof of his actions contradicting his "lectures". The whole time Colmes was arguing that they were "shooting the messenger, not dealing w/ the message" which is exactly AFPs goal.

Colmes couldnt seem to get over this.
