Same exact problem with me. It hurts, and I eventually realized that this person did truly like me above all the others, but felt that the fact we were best friends came between us being in a relationship.

there are so many things I want to say at once...but my mind won't let me. it makes me sad that I'm so unhappy and nobody knows it.

I stopped talking to and hanging out with my best friend 8 months ago because of something stupid she did.
Part of me still loves her as much as I ever did, and I want nothing more than to forgive her.

I still am trying to figure out why it's so difficult.

I'm considered the optimist of the group. Every one comes to me for support.
I'm looked upon as the best by my group,
but it's only because I don't share my secrets.
I'm the one that needs support the most.
But whenever i share a lesser secret,
they give me a dissapointed look
or literally say "I thought that atleast you wouldn't have...."

I'M HUMAN TOO!

I know it's like that sometimes. but since I wrote my original comment, I've found some friends that aren't like that : ) so there is hope! I promise you'll find someone who you can share this stuff with and you'll feel better...
