hehe, det gjør du ikke... det er veldig vanskelig, og nærmest umulig før de er store og kjønnsmodne. hannen skal ha litt større og rundere "neseparti" det er mange som anbefaler å kjøpe mange små, da er sjansen stor for at det danner seg ihvertfall et par der, de begynner å "leke sammen" de andre vil bli jaget eller oversett. gå inn på Akvaforum.no. les i forum og artikler, det er det eneste tipset jeg har. min profil: Nina marie.

No i didn't separate them, both parents guarded them and took good care of them. i separated them for their parents when thay were about 1cm. then they had their own tank.

tanks. that's nice that you like them. :) how small are they? i fed my baby oacars with artemia(brine shrimp), and then i started giving them bloodworms at about 0,5-1cm. I have no advice other than that, it has allways worked for me. but if you have only had them for a couple of days, it could be that they still are little scared and needs a little time.
good luck with your oscars, they are lovely fish. And suprisingly they have a big personality. If you begin early you can train them to :)
