The Idolm@ster SP TGS 2008 Promotional Video

This video was shown during Tokyo Game Show 2008, if i remember correctly. It has since been part of a Custom Theme package along with the characters as well. The first set to be released is Perfect Sun, with the downloads going on from October 24th till November 21st. Downloads are only possible via Playstation Spot.

Well anyway, you got no need to worry yourselves over this kind of stuff, cause i'll be downloading them for you guys. In fact, i got the whole Perfect Sun Custom Theme package uploaded to mihd for you guys to download. Pretty neat, huh?

There's 7 files inside, but 1 of them is unnecessary. Mihd just added that file, and i don't know why(thumbs.db). All files are left untouched so that nothing dumb's done with it.( If you don't understand what it means, it means that all the filenames of the untouched files are in Japanese. Go figure them out yourself, doodheads.)

Theme :
Just remember, the .ptf file is the Theme file. It is to be put under X:\PSP\THEME, where X is your drive name(Example, C: and D:) If it doesn't exist, create it. Then turn on your PSP and go to Theme Settings. You should find a way to set it eventually.

Pictures :
They are pretty self-explanatory. Namco lieks their extras section, so yeah, here's 3 of them. 1 Haruka, 1 Yayoi, and 1 Makoto. As for the picture with the Idolmaster SP sign on it, you can ignore that, that was created when i downloaded the video into my PSP.(you know they auto create the picture icons) And i mentioned before that i will not touch any files.

Video :
You can see it pretty clearly. Its the mp4 video. No need to do any conversion or whatever, just put it into your Video Section in your PSP folder and your done.

Oh yeah, 1 last thing. Since Namco Bandai got the copyright to this Video(directly, since i can see the Copyright info on youtube's page), it can be taken down anytime. Cherish your links while you still can. You need it.

Edit(18/11/2008 GMT + 8) : The Idolm@ster webpage has been updated. From 21/11/2008 15:00 GMT + 9, Perfect Sun PSP Theme distribution on Playstation Spot will cease. Replacing that will be the Wandering Star PSP theme. Check back here at 21/11/2008 onwards for more updates.

Since the twins still refer to Miki as mikimiki, does that mean Miki really did leave 765 in favor of 961? I hope Namco makes a version to let us play as 961.

That may be possible. It may also allow us to see things from a different point of view. However, since its 961, the system and everything would be different, and it would take quite some amount of time for planning and making compared to just porting the game.

And yes, Miki does go to 961. Really. 961. For reasons unknown, no less. (But several sources stated that Miki met the SP producer for the first time, so it most likely means that its an alternate storyline)

What is funny is that they have this for the xBOX, which is based in the US. PS3 and Wii who are based in Japan don't have this game... Interesting.
