After 2 years of getting comments mainly about the large punching bag, I've posted this one to show the bag's current state, as well as my current technique.

u look more crisp, but to have better assessed (lol) you should have been a little more active... was hoping for that , didnt get it,, how about another video..

Thanks for your comments. (also on the other video) 2 years later unfortunately also means 2 years older. LOL Truth is, I 've been doing less cardio training and have been focusing more on technique and proper combinations. Should I fight again, then of course I would significantly increase the tempo and output rate.

I love the fact you cannot find any real gym/home gym/equipment that has been through real use...without duct tape on it!

whats this bag filled with? i have one standard but want to get a hard one fill it with sand maybe, want to condition my shins
