Wow. I mean really. WOW!! I've never even seen och herad about this guy before and he comes in and does one of the best performances of the entire ILHC. I think that in a few years Jamin will be the king of the Lindy circuit. No offense to Annie, that did a good job, but i hardly even noticed her through the routine. My eyes kept going back to Jamin andthe pure joy he conveys.

This is one of those rare times where the guy is dancing much better then most girls....he's so fluid it makes the follow seem stiff and reserved!

@Jacksoncoates: Jamin is the last person I know to bring up a persons race in regards to their passion. He always says color in America is really defined by a behavior. It's awesome that his attitude aNd treatment of people is above color.

Black folk created the lindy hop. It's great to see a fine black dancer courageous enough to brave the criticism of some in the black community that to lindy hop now is to take a step backward, to revive "Mista Sportin' Life"... The swing dance community needs (and should encourage) the participation of more black dancers, male and female! Hats off to you, Mr. Jackson, and to Annie Trudeau for the fine, supportive role she played in this joyous hop!

Of all the nice people I know, Jamin definitely tops the list. I was at a workshop with him recently and he was possibly and probably the only one who enjoyed every dance no matter what the level of his partner. I'd really like to see him start teaching on a regular basis. :)
