100-Day Heart Challenge at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center

An introduction to Utah Valley Regional's (Intermountain Healthcare) 100-Day Heart Challenge in 2010. Ten couples were selected to compete in the challenge to see who could show the greatest improvement across several different risk factors for his/her heart health. A cardiothoracic surgeon and a cardiologist comment on the importance of paying close attention to heart disease.
