An incredible amount of money was spent on negative ads by Republican Presidential candidates leading up to the Iowa caucus. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

  • Hey, i have an idea, why not use that 12 million dollars for something productive that will benifit the American people? I know, sounds completely radical...

  • It REALLY doesn't take much to run an anti-Gingrich ad. Just show his ugly fucking face and he'll lose a voter.

  • They spent 200 dollars per person?!?! Why didn't they just give me 200 bucks, I would've voted for whoever gave me the most money

  • @bluefootedpig About other Republican candidates, they are mostly dumb religious nuts. On the Democrat side, Obama lacks balls. Democrats should go for a new candidate, one that better represents liberal ideals. Having Obama on the White House is bad for Democrats because they can't oppose a Democrat President but they don't get what they were promised, while Republicans can bully Obama into getting things their way.

  • @mirage12896 Keeping Gingrich out of office is beneficial.

  • @bluefootedpig That's some pretty hard evidence right there, I'm sold. No citations, no sources, generalisations and conjecture with assumptions of opinion, and fallacies up the butt. Good job sir, you're a master (de)bater.

  • @RealTenryuken You do realize, the very nations liberals look at as a better form of government, have no min wage laws? The US is one of the very few first world nations with a min wage law. We also have a 9:1 ratio of studies dating back to 1950's showing that min wage laws are racist and keep people unemployed.

Also, I guess it comes to a fundamental question, what should a burger flipper at McDonalds earn? in SF it is 10+ an hour.

  • @mfunke what can you say about our other presidents... shall i say, "yes we can", who ran on ending wars and yet even with a 15% reduction in military spending, is spending MORE on military than bush did? Who is really delusional? Ron Paul or the american voter?

  • @mirage12896 The same could be said about Hussein Obama's trip to Hawaii in the midst of the crisis which costed over 30 million dollars (courtesy of the tax payer). Yeah, Hussein Obama REALLY cares about the american people...

  • @kinectaddict I don't know how YT works in detail but I'm hardly an idiot. you on the other hand make the perfect example of the Internet-hater-cliché so congratz to being awesome and smart

  • @mirage12896 a home lottery! @ 100,000 a house, 120 Iowa families in homes they owned outright. It'll never happen.

  • @mirage12896 Actually another bonus for Goldman Sachs employess would be more productive don't you think?
