My dear old Mum loved this band - but then again, she liked Roxy Music too. She even followed Adam & The Ants during their heyday, when ex-Roxy bassist Gary Tibbs was in the line-up!

This reached No. 2 on the British charts in 1976 and still sounds as good today as it did then.

I know a milliron people have said it...but yeah Roxy music la la la....

Yer Mum Rocks---she definately has a Post-Punk Sensability about her. This song so strongly reeks of ABBA (ABBA-ESQUE) that I fully expected what's her name (Meryl Strepp) to sing in in Momma Mia.

This and Girls, Girls, Girls are great songs. People called them "Roxy Music-lite" but they weren't a bad band in their own right.

Hey Adamm77740, Scooter reworked this song for Jumping All Over The World. This would suggest that Scooter liked A Glass of Champagne in the first place. Have you written any hit songs in your little life lately?
