I don't understand, I thought that all but a handful of the 613 commandments were strictly for Torah observant Jews. I've yet to hear an Orthodox tell a goy to wear tefillin, so why do some emphasize that non-Jews not do what is abominable in the eyes of the Creator for observant Jews to do?
