Redneck Tournament gives new meaning to the term "FLY" Fishing

For the past 6 years this little town has had a Redneck Fishing Tournament. Bath sits along the Illinois River and is battling the Asian Carp which has choked out native fish to the region. Only 2 rules for the redneck participants. Everyone catching the fish must have a valid Fishing Licence and " NO FISHING POLES ALLOWED". Hundreds of people from all over the Country and some of other Countries take part in this event. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes while netting the fish.
