Nature Boy (song from the film The Boy With Green Hair)

Most people know the song 'Nature boy' either from Nat King Cole or from the movie 'Moulin Rouge'. But it was written by a pre-hippy called Eden Ahbez, and first to be heard in 1948... in Joseph Losey's 'The boy with green hair', starring Dean Stockwell.

jorgue71, I don't know about Argentina, but in Spain the film was called 'El muchacho de los cabellos verdes'. Hope this helps.

Originally heard this from Moulin Rouge, did not care for the movie at all but I loved the music and realized over and over again that all of the songs in it came from somewhere else. I was unaware that 'Nature Boy' was such an old song. Beautiful.  Moulin Rouge did not do it justice!
