  • still missing jumping and running in stairs, wouldn't really recognize this as fully nordic, watch aamodt, kjus and other top nordic ski atlethes

  • absolutely need to understand the sport before you profess to know relevance from irrelevance. do some skiing first, then, look at how the best do it, then make your kinesiological equations fit it. in short- don't try to make the sport fit your kinesiology, it's the other way around.

  • @TTjean

I think you need to understand the sport better before you comment next time.

  • no need to break the tree in the process

  • Nice mix of skill-building and fitness-building exercises, and great variation for different body types. Correction on one typo - the "hip abductors" exercise with the therapy band primarily works the hip aDductors, not the aBductors (though they do stabilize this movement). Both are super important for skate; just reverse the pull for the abductors. Thanks for posting!

  • im studying in kinesiology and there is actually a lot of training that are irrelevant to cross country skiing

  • Learn to spell...hater.

  • Great training for all skiers getting ready for the upcoming season. Thanks!

  • Nice video. You should check out mine... labled Strength. Some good indoor activity ideas. See you on the trails!
