My name is Roman Delovsky. You know that my wife and I more then 8 years are investigating criminal activities of Board of Directors of Atlanta Georgetown Condominium Association, which many years with their contractors ignore to obtain Permits from County, causing safety and financial damages for County, thousand people lives and investors money.
All public officials who must protect us - citizens are covering them up.

Gary Furbish, president of this Condominium Association together with Parkside Management Company constantly are lying in the court, giving fraudulent information to the Insurance Companies. Several times we reported with proof about it the Insurance Companies and Georgia Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine, but all of them are doing nothing to stop this organized crime.
Gary Furbish is also Federal offender. He is cheating Government and Taxpayers on thousands dollars on his two properties in Georgetown. Few years he paid for both properties as homestead exemption. This could be done only with somebodys help from Property Tax Commissioners Office. This office instead of taking missing money from him and punishing him are covering him up.
Because we discovered this and fighting that organized crime they constantly are trying to destroy us financially, morally and physically, using some dishonest attorneys and judges. This organized crime wants to show everybody they are above the law and they in power.

Now we filed a civil law suite against Georgetown in order to stop them to continue our financial and moral destroy with jury trial. Georgetown ignored to fix four month the leaking roof and electricity of our unit, even refused to accept the emergency request, humiliated and harassed us (everything on the tapes). Recorders Court found them Guilty for fail to repair and penalized them.

Judge Panos does everything possible to avoid jury trial and dismiss this case. Judge Panos even denied the request with doctors excuse to postpone court proceedings, because of my wifes concussion, which was caused by car accident.




Based on judge Panos actions in my strong opinion he wants to destroy my wife physically and morally. This was one of the reasons why we dont trust Judge Panos and Dekalb County Court and requested to remove Judge Panos from our case and transfer our case to another county.
We think there is a need to investigate Dekalb County Court.
