There is no .45 SigSauer p226 that I am aware of. First time shooter (or newer shooter) did well.

Nothing is SURE to put down an invader/perp/bad guy no matter where you put the round. Train for NSR's by shooting two COM and one to the CNS. It's the only way to be sure.

it's a little harsher not too much.
But the stopping power on the .40 has more Joules than the .45
which means one .40 shot is sure to put down an invader on the spot, if the shot is in the chest, head, or crotch area.
