i agree with floouk. your way too stiff you'll get tired very quickly, which i could tell for those quick sections, and you were constantly off beat or somewhat unsure of what to do next as a drummer of 4 years, i would reccomend a metronome and slow down the beat before you go full speed. break it down and get comfortable with it. u gotta know the song by heart, man. by the way, you are DEFFINELY not ready for yyz. i was playing for a year or 2 before i could even start to play it.

Not bad for a first Rush song. I'm sayin I'm an expert, but I've played my fill of Rush. The main thing I can tell you is keep your internal timing. Maybe try starting with 1/8 notes on the hats and work your way to the 1/16s. Because with this song, and most of Rush, once your behind it's difficult to catch up again. Lood luck and happy drumming!
