Penrhiwrychen Bad Access

This is the road to my house, Penrhiwrychen. It used to be an old drovers road and part of it is still a public right of way. Our house owns a private right of way over our neighbours land so that we can reach our house. Over the years the road has fallen in to disrepair. This means that generally only 4x4 viechles can access our home. Friends and relatives cant visit by car. The postman/deliverey services refuse to deliver to our house as they cant gain access. Its hard to get central heating fuel/ building supplies etc. to the house. Emergency services would struggle to reach our house. Fire engines would'nt make it up. An Ambulance wouldn't make it up. A visiting doctor wouldn't make it up. And still our Neighbour refuses to discuss a proper method of maintaining it and have often thwarting our attempts to do so. Once our neighbour even threatened to chain up a digger that was levelling some of the bumps in the road and has in the past threatned to kill my father. They are truly neighbours from hell.
