this is a useless product, do not get it, it is a waste of money, it doesnt work, mine keep dying off everytime it hits the wall and it fails to locate the charger base even in a small room...total waste of money

I got this few days ago but the brushes only spin for the first 5 seconds. would you know whats wrong with it? Low battery?
