would I compare Michelle to Hillary? Yes, that's legit. She is a lawyer like Hillary and she's smart.

As for Couric, she's doing her job. I watched this just to compare it with the Palin interview and all things considered, it is a very valid question.

I think that a lot of future 1st ladies, as well as a few 1st husbands, will be in politics.

So when is the Todd interview?

its so sad that he did that, i actually like mccain more than obama, but when he chose palin, i did a complete 360, i was not ready for Moe as our VP.

Actually I loved the way Katie conducted this interview with Mrs Obama because Michelle's responses clearly demonstrated that she's equipped to "play" in this league. And it also further emphasized that Palin fell far short.

In all honesty, I think McCain's selection of Palin sadly indicates his attitude towards women in general (guilible, senseless, stupid), and that the country will fall for anything. I can't see McCain trying to select anyone that could prove threatening to his leadership. "Thinkers" was not what he was looking for.

McCain should have gone for Michelle Obama instead of doodle head Sarah Palin as her VP choice. Michelle is very intelligent and really qualified for office. There are so many intelliegent women in America why did he have to go for Palin??
