Hello,

I hope you can answer my question (NI didnt answer me and on the NI forum they don't know it). In every tutorial or website they use and external soundcard (in your video audio 8) but I don't have an external soundcard. I use windows and I use the soundcard of my S4. Is it possible to use Maschine on deck c or d and sync them correctly (+ use fx, EQ's and faders) without using an external soundcard? (if not, why the hell is there an soundcard in the S4, it's useless :p)Thanks in advance!

now that i have sync'd the two i want to record my machine beats on top of my set, but i cant, how do you do this using the internal mixer? i would like to use machine as deck C

@notsoaverage101 check the new manual for Maschine 1.7 -shortcuts- from NI, you can find it in youre service center (update)

@Djmagnuzzo lol that souncard is not persee for Maschine, its also for youre input turntables, and output youre sound, if there was no soundcard in the S4 you had to buy a external soundcard to get sound out of it so its deffently not useless ;) if you would own a Mac it would be easy btw :P

@jmcginn825 Just curious - why use Jack Router when you can combine outputs of Maschine and Traktor? The Circles on my mouse clicks are from a screen capture program called iShowUHD - Endo

@djeddienet Honestly I've wanted to but I have so many other things that are higher priority right now. Tons of video tutorials coming soon. But maybe in the future! Its on the list :)

seriously every tutorial i ve seen they act like maschine mikro doesnt even exist...so discriminating...CTRL+SHIFT...­.i dont have ctrl ...dam i am sure there is a shortcut ..but dam..

Does any 1 know the song playing in the background, it starts at about 00:15 and ends at 2:28? I have the track on a mixtape i just don't know what it's called. If any 1 can help out it would be much appreciated.

@Djmagnuzzo You need to use the virtual midi port traktor provides, or use a third party virtual midi port like midi yoke or bomes midi translator
