@1CRAZYMF249 Thats because the beat is arabic.Aaliyah or should i say timberland took alot of arabic beats and used it in many of the rap and r&b videos of the 90's and early 2000's.And that beat you hear is the orginal beat from arabic singer warda.Timerland took that arabic beat and used it for aailyah's video your talking about.All of the rap and r&b videos sound good because half of the beats they use are arabic beats.
