  • How many times a week should I do this?It is good if I want to gain mass?

  • @123boyhealthy I do arms only one time a week, so it can give my arms time to rest and build larger. If you work out more than 1 or 2 times a week the same muscle, it wont grow as good because you keep breaking it down. So give your muscles time to rest to gain mass. once a week of every muscle group is fine. But remember, %80 of your transformation is diet, %20 is working out. So no matter how hard you workout, you must eat the right & healthy foods! also, change up workouts form time to time..
