Maybe Vigil could take a cue from Steve Jobs at Apple Computers--- His annual salary is only $1 dollar. If Vigil did that, it would free up about $228,999 dollars to the teachers!

Grassroots teaching, thats where the money should go. You could eliminate the administration and if the teachers showed up to teach, they might even be able to do a better job. The reverse won't work!
