  • if the middle is gooey but the sides are already shrunk then you don't have to put it back in the oven..leave it outside as it will continue to cook and you'll get a nice moist brownies

  • If you dissolve the sugar with the eggs and then temper the chocolate into them, it prevents the siezing issue. Just thought I'd share that little tidbit =)

  • Gra8 recipe but arnt they suppost to be gewey inside so it's ok if it comes out a bit dirty

  • Can I use unsweetened chocolate instead? I can't find 99% dark chocolate.
