Your dance is very good,but never tie your shoes around the ankle again,is dangerous because cut the circulation and other injuries

maybe you should talk to your teacher or a profissional dancer how to tie your shoes,good luck!

Thanks for that-now I am confused though as I've also heard that you can damage blood vessels tying them under your instep-any tips?

yes,tying them under your instep can damage blood vessels,because cut the oxygen circulation,i will upload a video about how to tie irish dance soft shoes !!
