Help my psp has lots of corrupted data and won't delete unless I format it and If I try to format it it will either say format fail or memory stick is not inserted

once upon i upgrade my psp to cfw gen d3 it worked and then i read in that setup flash install i presss button and he begin to removung flash i dont know what he is doing first time i was doing this mean upgrading ok

then he removed after i restarted psp and softwear which i instaled gen d3 removed

i dont know how it is? know i tryed again many version of cfw but he says the game canot be started the data is curropt?
