Did you seen a trailer? In trailer is these scene when Rambo hit that police car and music is even more dangerous when he hits it. It is better...

OMG that scene was really close to being a diasaster killing alot of crew, notice how close the truck is to hitting one of the cops

No, I've seen the movie and this scene in particular quite a few times and on each occasion failed to spot and/or appreciate the use of music to add to emotion of the movie...

The affect of music change from danger to triumphant background exactly as he smothers the police cruiser adds sequence to this scene. Did anyone else notice?
All three Rambo movies were masterful in use of music variations as an audio cue, synching the viewer with the action of the scene.
